Hydra Solutions is the team operating gethydrasolutions.com. We are based in the United States and the Services are intended for US users. Contact us at contact@gethydrasolutions.com.

Directly from you. Name, email, and password when you create an account. Billing details, which are processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Profile information you choose to add (such as investment experience or stated objectives). Content you create: saved research, watchlists, paper-trading strategies, Community posts and comments, and messages to us.

Automatically. Device and browser identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, log data (pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, referring URL), cookies, and telemetry about how you use AI Hedge Fund (for example, which Thinking Mode you selected or which agents you ran).

From third parties.If you sign in using a third-party identity provider, we receive your name, email, and the provider's identifier for you. If you connect a brokerage, bank, or accounting system to Hydra Projections, we receive data from that provider based on the permissions you grant. Public data we ingest — SEC filings, earnings transcripts, FRED, public social posts — is not tied to you unless you save it to your account.

Sensitive information. Account credentials and financial account information you connect to Hydra Projections are treated as sensitive. We use these only to run the Services. We do not sell or share them for advertising.

Not collected. The Services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

• To run the Services: authenticate you, generate research, run paper-trading simulations, power treasury dashboards.
• To improve and secure the Services: debug, prevent fraud, monitor performance, and evaluate our own systems on aggregated and anonymized data.
• To communicate with you: transactional messages (account, security, billing) and, only if you opt in, marketing.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We do not use your personal content — saved research, Community posts, paper-trading records, or treasury data — to train third-party foundation models. When we use a third-party LLM provider to process your requests, that provider is contractually prohibited from training on your inputs.

• Infrastructure providers that operate the Services on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), and the LLM providers whose models power AI Hedge Fund and Hydra Projections. These providers process data under contracts that restrict use to operating our Services.
• Analytics running on the site today helps us understand aggregate usage of the site and product.
• Legal reasons: to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, or protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: if the Services are acquired or merged, information may transfer; we will notify users.
• Aggregate or de-identified data may be shared without restriction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Account data is kept while your account is active and for 90 days after closure to handle disputes and finalize billing. Logs are kept for 90 days. Backups roll off on a 30-day cycle. Paper-trading records and saved research are deleted when you close your account unless we are required to retain them for legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing contact@gethydrasolutions.com.

We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest in our Supabase database, access controls on internal systems, and standard monitoring. See /security for more detail. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication and load balancing, and analytics cookies to understand how the Services are used. We do not currently run advertising or cross-context tracking cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from California residents as a valid opt-out.

California residents can request to know what personal information we have, request correction, request deletion, and request that we limit use of sensitive personal information. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email contact@gethydrasolutions.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling the request.

Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, Texas, and others) have substantially similar rights. We honor these requests through the same process.

AI Hedge Fund and Hydra Projections generate research and analysis. They do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. You decide whether and how to act on any output.

The Services are not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
